Pulut Hitam

Ingredients

  • Black Glutinous Rice
  • Palm Sugar
  • Fresh Pandan Leaves
  • Coconut cream

Believe it or not, this is a dessert, popular in Malaysia and Singapore. I’ve always enjoyed these types of desserts since I was a child but after moving to Canada, I couldn’t find it anywhere and I didn’t know how to make it until the advent of the Instant Pot. This is now the easiest thing to make and it tastes just like how I remember it.

If you like sweet rice desserts, this is a must. I promise you will not be disappointed.
